Installation Process

Rain helps wash away loose dust, but in Dhaka's polluted environment, it's not sufficient. Manual cleaning every 2-3 months with soft water and a non-abrasive sponge is recommended for optimal performance. Our maintenance team can handle this professionally.

Technical Questions
System size depends on your monthly electricity consumption, rooftop space, and budget. For example, a 3kW system typically covers a 2-3 bedroom home using 300-400 units monthly. Our experts provide a free detailed assessment and customized recommendation.
Battery storage is optional but recommended for areas with frequent power outages or for those wanting energy independence. Without batteries, your system will not provide power during grid outages (for safety reasons). With batteries, you have backup power and can store excess daytime energy for nighttime use.
Net metering allows you to export excess solar electricity to the grid and receive credits on your bill. When your system produces more than you need, the meter runs backward. You can use these credits when your system produces less (like at night). This maximizes your savings and system value.
